We only use the finest ingredients in our toppings, “00” flour and San Marzano Tomato sauce imported straight from BELLA ITALIA!
Our long fermented dough is hand stretched, tossed and baked in our 900 degree Marra Forni brick oven and is designed to bake a pizza that hasn’t changed since the beginning of the 16th century in Naples.
We are a small family run business owned and operated by brothers Alessandro and Faustino Ricioppo and mama Terry Ricioppo.
Growing up in the restaurant business and learning from the best, our father Benny Ricioppo of La Luna Rossa Ristorante, we hope to make him proud by providing our clients the closest experience to authentic Italian pizza here in YYC!
