OUR KITCHEN
The chef offers a fine selection of classic dishes inspired by the great European brasseries. Tartares, mussels, fresh oysters, grilled meats, duck confit and other must-haves are on the menu at all times, to which is added an inventive and current market cuisine that gives pride of place to seasonal and local Quebec products.

Gourmet evening specials as well as a lunchtime table d’hôte are on the slate daily, offering even more choices.
