It all started with the dream and the love of a mother, Viviane Nguyen, who was trying to find an allergy free cake for the first birthday of her son. Now, she wants to share this joy with all those who suffer from allergies and food intolerances and offer them the opportunity to buy tasty and allergy free sweets. Hence the birth of the first gluten free, lactose free and allergy free bakery in Montreal named Petit Lapin in honor of her son who was born in the year of the Rabbit according to the Chinese calendar.
