At the head of a company of more than 100 employees, Marc-André Royal owns four establishments in the field of restaurants and artisan bakeries in Montreal and the surrounding area. Rich in the experience of several restaurant openings as a chef, it was in 2008 that he opened his own establishment, Le Restaurant Le St-Urbain. Then, in 2011, he opened a new branch, La Bête à pain bakery. A concept of restaurant, takeaway, bakery, pastry.
