Our bread and butter is beef (figuratively speaking).
We are renowned for our steak, to us a steak dinner is far more than a meal, it’s a ritual, and we take ours seriously. Our exclusive specification of Alberta beef is cut to order and charbroiled on an open-flame grill. Aged a minimum of 28 days, our tender cuts and superior flavor come from a five-decade-long supplier relationship, an almost 50-year perfected house steak spice, and experts behind the grill–charbroiling each cut to perfection.
