Chez Amira

Abdel was born in Casablanca, Morocco and arrived in Quebec fifteen years ago. He is a devoted family man. This is why the restaurant Chez “Amira” bears the name of his daughter. He worked in renowned restaurants for several years in Quebec. In particular, he was Executive Chef at the Michelangelo for 6 years. Just before deciding to open his own restaurant in order to offer the public the Moroccan gastronomic experience with the warm service characteristic of the Maghreb.
