Côte-St-Luc Bar-BQ, one of Montreal’s finest charcoal-grilled chicken restaurants, opened in 1953 on Côte Saint-Luc Road at the corner of Earnscliffe Avenue. The idea was simple: cook roast chicken over charcoal to perfection and that’s what we’ve been serving ever since.
Our second restaurant opened to the public in 1987 in the West Island, on Boulevard des Sources. We have been serving West Montreal for almost 35 years.
For nearly 70 years, our chefs have carefully monitored the cooking time of each chicken so that it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. After all these years, we can confidently say that our experience with Charcoal Roast Chicken has aged to perfection
