Named after his 1976 Cadillac Eldorado, owner Anthony Balestra opened Eldorado Taco to bring the flair of South Florida to Ottawa. His first two “Anthony’s Pizza Napoletana” restaurants have dominated for years, going as far as to be named “1 of the 12 pizzerias across Canada worth travelling for” by Food Network. Eldorado Taco is Anthony’s way to bring his sunny experiences in South Florida to his hometown.

Hosting an impressive collection of carefully crafted cocktails and modern twists on Mexican cuisine classics, Eldorado Taco’s mission is to continue to deliver an impeccable dining experience that has you telling your friends and coming back for more.
