Five Kitchen and Raw Oyster Bar marks the fifth joint venture for owners Gus and Faith, both of whom have passion for creative food and international flavors. Five is a New England style cuisine with a global flare combining international flavours. Our menu features are prepared daily with fresh, organic, and high quality ingredients. Our fresh and live seafood is sourced mostly from local British Columbia and Canadian fisheries.

Catch up with friends or enjoy a leisurely meal prepared by our talented red seal chefs and team. Our kitchen crew is managed by our innovative and highly skilled Executive chef Gaya Tharanga.

In addition to our creative kitchen crew, we pride ourselves on our Front of House staff. Manager Kimberley Pritchard and Assistant Manager Connor Poirier work tirelessly with a team of dedicated and skilled servers to deliver professional service that is always welcoming and accommodating to every local and tourist alike.
