Why Grozépa ?:
One of the founders and his wife had a running gag between them. When she had had enough of his nonsense, she threw him a “Fait de l’air Gros épais!” in the same tone as the sequence in the Quebec film “Crusing bar” with Gérard. One evening as they were trying to find an original name for the place, she said to him, “It seems to me that it would suit you Grozépa?” The idea caught on and this project became a reality on a note of originality and good memories!
