Head Chef Landen Swick is a graduate of the NAIT Culinary Arts. His talent and skills have been recognized on the international stage. He holds a gold medal from the 2016 Culinary Olympics in Germany, as well as a number of accolades from competitions in Dubai and Hong Kong, recognizing his talents in fish and seafood cookery.
