Nori-Sushi

Mr. Nhut, our chef-owner, invites you to come and discover our succulent sushi menus in a welcoming and simple atmosphere.

Linh, who works next door to Nhut, worked in the kitchen at Treehouse in 1998 and then at Kaizen in 1999. Both restaurants are now closed. Next comes Ginger, a restaurant located in Plateau-Mont-Royal. Linh worked there from 2002 to 2013.

Nhut has worked in several restaurants. His time at Ginger follows that of Linh, from 2002 to 2013. He learned the basics at the Treehouse, but mostly taught himself through the TV show Iron Chef and many books.

Nori Sushi finally opened its doors in December 2013.

Since that day, you can enjoy sushi in privacy. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Nori Sushi is a BYOB. With ample room for parking, the restaurant is located at the Maisonneuve shopping center.
