Founded in 2001, Pasta Polo is a local legend! Founder Fred Soofi has partnered up with Ahyoung Baek since 2015 and together they make the perfect team. Fred’s experience coupled with Ahyoung’s modern approach brings Pasta Polo to new heights. Renowned for its freshly made pasta, brick oven pizza, and signature Italian favorites, we are proud to serve you responsibly during these difficult times.
