From island to island! We are both originally from the island of Trinidad, lived in Toronto for 35+ years and now back on an island, beautiful PEI! We are so very excited to bring our heritage flavours to share with everyone. Our team so far includes: our Chef, who has culinary training with the Culinary Institute of Canada and our Manager with 25+ years cooking experience. We look forward to seeing you and serving you consistently delicious and quality food. PEI Roti will introduce Caribbean and Indian fusion cuisine. Our menu will include roti (naan ) or rice packed with delicious butter chicken or curry chicken; and classics such as jerk chicken with rice, samosas, onion bhaji and curried channa and potato and so much more!
