Every business has a story; one that helps you understand why they did what they did. It connects all of us about how things came to be.

We love food.

Actually, we’re really passionate about great food. We love finding hidden gems in our hometown and when we travel. We have learned a lot from those experiences. After moving back to New Brunswick, we felt there was something missing in the restaurant scene. More importantly for us, we had a hard time finding a great place to take our young family for a quick meal that was delicious and good for us.

One day we decided we needed to ‘put up or shut up’.

And that is how Pomodori came to be: Made-to-order Neapolitan-style pizzas, creative salads and house-made gelato in a unique quick-serve environment. Delicious, craveable food that is also good for you. After all, pizza truly is the original fast food!
