CHEF BILLY THE KISS
With fifteen years of experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Billy The Kiss has decided to realize his greatest dream and thus become co-owner of the new restaurant located in St-Léonard bearing the name of Takashi.

Chef Billy The Kiss began his career at the Shô-Dan restaurant with one of the best chefs in town in the field, about fifteen years ago. He is now recognized for his fabulous sushi creations such as “Le Kiss Roll”, “Twister”, “St-Tropez”, “Tapis rouge”, “Bésamé Mucho” as well as “Le Lips”, his signature creation.

Chef Billy The Kiss had mentions in Le journal de Montréal (2002), The Gazette (2003 and 2006), being “Distinguished best sushi chef in town”, appeared on the cover of the newspaper ICI Montréal (2007 ). He also appeared in the shows “Deux filles le matin”, “Flash”, “Canal Évasion” and “Un Mec à dame”.

Today, with more than fifteen years of experience, he is realizing his dream of opening his own joint-ownership restaurant. This is where “ Takashi Sushi Grill & Tapas ” was born in St-Léonard. Now it’s his turn to charm you with his traditional and sometimes revisited dishes.
