Restaurant Tanière
Since 1977, the Tanière 3 restaurant has always strived to push the boundaries of Quebec catering.
In order to be able to improve and build a new approach, Tanière 3 comes back to life in an architectural place steeped in history: the vaults of the Leber and Charest houses. Between the river and Place Royale, this unique place has seen the key events that have shaped Quebec.
The orders for this exceptional table will be left to chef François-Emmanuel Nicol and room manager Roxan Bourdelais. The duo will be headed by Frédéric Laplante, President of Groupe La Tanière.
Now, in a contemporary Canadian style, in the heart of Old Quebec, the chef offers you two distinctive experiences: the chef’s counter and the vaulted dining room. These two experiences offer a blind tasting menu inspired by history and the territory.
