We are a specialty American BBQ style smoked beef licensed restaurant located in the external dining precinct of the Gasworks Plaza in Newstead, Brisbane, and we put love into everything we do.
In 2018, we opened our first little dream in East Brisbane that was all about the beef, freshly smoked all night long.
Our vision was and still is to carve our amazing low and slow BBQ smoked meat in front of our customers in an open kitchen.
Our famous pastrami is cured in house for 3 weeks before it is smoked.
All of our specialty beef cuts, brisket, pastrami, ribs and beef cheeks, are smoked to perfection ‘the Chef’s way’ – tender, juicy, and falling off the bone.
