Teppanyaki Japanese House
Welcome to Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki: literally, “Iron Cooking” is the heart of our cuisine. Our Teppanyaki chefs are wizards of the knife, each with their own style and showmanship. They prepare and serve right at your table exactly to your liking. Our chefs participate in a gruelling training regime before being allowed to cook for our guests. It takes years of practice and hard-work for our chefs to be able to cook and entertain like they do – each one with his own individual style and showmanship.
History
The word Teppanyaki is derived from “Teppan”, which means iron plate, and “yaki”, which means grilled. Teppanyaki refers to dishes cooked using an iron plate. Teppanyaki has a vast menu selection catering to many different tastes and palates. We offer a vegetarian option and cater to guests with shellfish allergies.
