The Med Restaurant has been family-owned and operated for more than 40 years and is Saint John’s best authentic Mediterranean food experience. Apart from iconic Greek dishes, The Med is also popular for high-quality Italian cuisine and Canadian comfort food. We also own Splash Thai Cuisine that serves signature Thai dishes to local residents and guests.

A Note From the Owners
The Med is owned and operated by us – the Likourgiotis brothers, John and Chris. Our father opened the restaurant in 1971. Since then, The Med has been serving Saint John with the finest Mediterranean food, Italian cuisine and Canadian comfort food.
The Med has always been focused on the family. We’re proud to say that our meals are prepared the way our YiaYia (Grandma) used to make them – from scratch! We use fresh ingredients to make sure whatever dish you choose, whether it be Greek, Italian, or Canadian, is of the highest quality.
