TROY Restaurant is proudly owned and operated by Acadia University Alumni 2009 (In Pulvere Vinces!) and former classmates Daniel Franck and Wil Lang.
The two took notice of the beauty and potential of the Annapolis Valley while studying Theatre at Acadia, returning to the area with commitment and enthusiasm to support the region’s emergence as one of the premier culinary and wine destinations in North America.
Established in 2014, TROY is proud to promote and represent the very best of Nova Scotia. Our menu features fresh ingredients locally sourced from farms, fisheries, and producers, with a further focus on local wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
