Hello Wing Nuts, and welcome to our new home on the web!

We’ve been on our journey since September 2007, when we opened as part of a chain of Wing based restaurants. In March of 2011, we decided, with the support of our franchiser, to become an independent restaurant, and the name WING CENTRAL was born!

For the past 10 plus years, as WING CENTRAL, we have endeavored to listen to our customers and take their input into consideration. This has allowed our menu and service to evolve, always going forward in the right direction. We have worked closely with our suppliers and have invited the best people to be part of our service and kitchen teams. The results have been a recipe for success!

Then came the most tumultuous time in our collective memories. All of our lives have been impacted by the last couple of years, and restaurants in general have been greatly effected. Wing Central has weathered this storm together with our customers, staff, and suppliers on our up and down journey back to ‘normal’.” While it has been difficult, there is one positive we all share: the way the Kingston community pulled together and fought through this pandemic. Even though it’s not over yet, we will continue to offer you great tasting quality food, reasonable prices, and friendly ‘welcome home’ service at our bar and tables.
