Il Boccalini

It was at the end of the ‘80s that Fabio (Chef and owner) and his partner Aldo (Maitre D and owner), both from the Lazio region of Italy, founded Il Boccalini Restaurant in the city of Montreal. Richly educated at Italian cuisine schools, they immediately started offering meals that are true to those traditions. With these high standards, the restaurant is still standing tall in the Saint-Laurent neighborhood welcoming a loyal clientele and new regulars daily.

The menu features a variety of Italian and Mediterranean specialties like veal shank with roasted eggplant, Milan-style rack of lamb, risotto with tomato sauce and fresh scallops, smoked salmon, and filet mignon. Of course, an assortment of pasta and pizzas are also offered. Il Boccalini also has a good selection of desserts.

C’est à la fin des années 80 que Fabio (chef-propriétaire) et son partenaire Aldo (maître d’hôtel et propriétaire), tous deux de la région de Lazio en Italie, ont fondé le restaurant Il Boccalini à Montréal. Hautement formé d’institut de cuisine italienne, ils ont immédiatement offert des plats respectant ces traditions culinaires. C’est toujours avec ces hauts standards de qualité que se tient fier le restaurant du quartier Saint-Laurent, accueillant ses nouveaux clients avec autant d’entrain qu’il a accueilli ceux qui sont maintenant fidèle à l’établissement.

Le menu propose une variété de spécialités italiennes et méditerranéennes comme le carré d’agneau grillé, l’aubergine parmigiana, les linguinis sauce aux tomates et palourdes fraîches, et plus encore ! Toute une sélection de plats de pâtes authentiques et de pizzas fines exécutées à la perfection vous est offerte. Enfin pour bien terminer votre repas, Il Boccalini vous offre aussi une carte des desserts des plus exhaustives, comptant bien évidemment notre fameux tiramisu.
